This is strikingly realistic. It does bring up the question of how much the AI actually has to do when given a source image of a real person, since it's much simpler to just copy their proportions than have to put together an original composition from many sources. The only thing that possibly makes this look slightly 'off' is everything being perfectly in focus which gives a flat feel.
