I don't own (and am not a fan of) rubber boots (although I love plenty of clips with them!) These boots are still mud encrusted from this outing, so I'll have to see what state they're in once I clean them up. BUT... BUTT... I do have another pair of heeled hiking boots waiting in the wings. And these leggings haven't fallen apart yet (the red pair from one of the My River sets did fall apart, and I noticed earlier today that the black pleather pair that's identical to these is starting to fail (and it's never done wam!) So there's going to be more leggings on their way for when these fail!
I will definitely get back to my river! Whether that means I have surface mud to play with is entirely up to the wind, rain, river, and soil to decide!
The top did get a lot on it, particularly the bottom half, even where I didn't realize I got myself. My goal was to get as close to 100% coverage on the leggings. Which *might* have been possible if I could see what I was doing! x-D
Yeah, the first two aftermath pics were after showering off the leggings (which obviously was a fail), eating dinner, posting pics, and then about ready to go to bed when I realized I wasn't quite as clean as I thought!
I definitely felt my river, as I danced and shimmied in the wake of a boat that went by! And my hips might have made some waves of their own!
The iPod loved it so much, it abandoned me, and swims free in the river now!
Love you, too

Surprisingly, even after letting it sit for days... it rinsed out, and the only thing permanent is the stain from the gunk in my pipes from the first wetlook shoot I did with them! :D
But seriously, this dude scared the hell out of me! I didn't think we had otters for a variety of reasons, and I was really concerned if he was a rat that big! Yoikes! They say they stay away from people, and he just swam right by me, not quite close enough to touch!
Love you, too
