No, they're... more than a year old, because I wore them last September to some highland games. The new boots I was breaking in will have to wait... the heel is low, and chonky... but my ankle is still messed up from that pinched nerve aftermath.
Harley: I haven't been back to this particular spot since - water level is lower, but it should still be fun... but wait until you see the mud I "found" today! One of my favorite spots downriver, that I haven't been too for a few years! I might try to go back tomorrow, with more battery. And also to get some pics sitting on the rocks way out in the river!
You are a brave man standing up in the slime! It gets so slippily! I slid into it and stayed there until it was all broken down and rinsed out! Yoikes!
It really did! The milky scent from this and the peanut butter cream shot hasn't quite fully washed out of the inside of the PVC... so I probably need to shower in them again...
I have gone through a number of these leggings and their PVC ancestors over the years... ever since my first pair of Lip Service stretch PVC skinny jeans decades ago!
I am (mostlyish) careful about that, as I only wash my hair every six days... and obviously if I get it messy it either disrupts or was planned to fit that schedule!
vols4everus, the one taking the bath in this discussion is MrWetShirt. If you want him to take a mud bath, that's between the two of you gentlemen. But if he's not entertained by that...

I bought their replacement a little while back... similar, all black, I think a higher heel (but not by all that much). We'll have to see if they perform better or worse!
I didn't even mention trying not to show a limp as I walked under the buzzards... it would have freaked me out if they decided to follow me to see if I was injured enough to keel over and be their next meal! Yoikes! x-D
It *mostly* came off a step or two before I got out of the river after "cleaning up". I walked about a quarter mile through the mud, the drier bank, woods, and a bit of the trail before I got to a bench where I could sit. I undid a few eyelets worth of the (mostly non-functional) laces, then tied them under the boot so the sole would *mostly* stay in place.
