so in a 30L flexi bucket I added
- 4.5kg oatmeal
- 2kg "gluten-free flour" which was about 60:40 rice flour and potato starch
- 150g xanthan gum (added in about 50mls of oil to stop clumping)
- and the most important part: adding about 8-10L of **boiling** water (this lets everything go through enough gelatinisation to "cook")
- and then when it's stirred through, you'll get a brick of uncoloured gloopy gluey stuff
add hottish water to this to dilute it and poster paint to colour
