I do eat healthy and that's term is filled with misconception. No wheat no sugar. You'd be surprised the change in how you feel. Quality vitamins and minerals help too. I plan to try ketogenic diet. Right now most of my calories come from fat and protein. Minimal carb. Took me a while to sift through the bs out there. Would you put diesel in a Ferrari?

Well I was doing it I was also sort of directing and producing because I wanted to capture good images. Work goes into any good wam session. My phone I used to film on a tripod of course a sd card and plugged into a charger.

coconut oil don't sting eyes like olive oil. I'm sure they are using mineral oil. Ph neutral. I got this video , not as messy as I hoped
