Sorry to have been gone so long. I haven't been here at all and have missed it! I've been VERY busy with new projects for my charity, and again, I am sorry.
The people in this area have been ignored by a lot of social programs for so long. MOST have been laid off from their jobs...jobs which are, seemingly, starting to come back...I hope. Others are unemployable for one reason or another, mostly for reasons over which they have no control.
