I'm wearing Nike skate shoes and dark grey ribbed socks. In the previous clips I remove one of the shoes, showing my socked foot then fill the shoe with sloppy green gunge, made of starch. Then the foot is slowly reintroduced to the shoe. As the warm gunge oozes inside the sock and between my toes, the excess starts to creep out of the side of the shoe.

In this clip I remove the shoe to show the state of the messy sock, showing the slime coated all over the top and sole of the foot.
