In this video, we take a simple, Hannah Sierra and I are in our cute sports bras and shorts and we each take turns with a squeaky clean approach to fitness with a quick 20 jumping jacks workout; To really get our hearts pumping. Afterward, we get a little curious and use a stethoscope and press our ears against the other's chests to listen to the others strong, healthy, pumping young hearts.
