The 1st 44 seconds of the video has music and is a pour resolution (it was filmed while driving).

This clown has been anticipating her punishment all day. While driving around town, blowing bubble gum until it pops in her face, she seems to fantasize about getting messy. When she gets home she starts mixing up mess right away. Maybe she actually likes being punished. She certainly makes it look that way. After sucking helium from a balloon, she massages blue icing all over her face, chest and tits. She sips her milk and eats Cotton Candy, plays with balloons, pours cold tar and cake batter on her head, makes a pile of shave foam and sits on it. Of course rubbing everything in, step by step.
