This is four short videos of myself which I made showing me enjoying a couple of rivers.
In the first clip, I'm wearing cycling shorts, a long sleeve navy compression top, cycling gloves, cycling shoes, cycling helmet and cycling glasses--the full cycling kit! I wade into the shallow stream, then lie down getting fully submerged. The coldness of the water is initially a bit of a shock but then its very enjoyable!
The other three clips were all made on a different day, one after another. In clip 2, I'm wearing navy sports shorts (no underwear) and a sports t-shirt, trainers and socks. (Apologies to those who don't count shorts as proper wetlook--I do need to go back and do this again wearing trousers and/or leggings!) I wade out into the river, but realise my passage to the fast moving deep part is blocked by the reeds so I turn back and lie down in the shallower water. Unfortunately, the water in this part is quite still, so I disturb the mud and realise my shoes are filled with mud and small stones. I have to take them off to empty each one before putting them back on and getting out of the water.
In the third clip, I have gotten out of the water. The t-shirt is clinging nicely and being gently blown by the warm breeze. I just can't help myself. I have to get back in the water!
Finally, I wring my t-shirt out and put on a synthetic hoodie with the intention of walking back to the car, but on the way, I still can't help myself. What would it feel like to get back in the water, this time wearing the hoodie too? This is what happens in clip number 4! It's a bit hand-held, but all very enjoyable.
I realise that these clips are quite vanilla compared to some on here, as I'm not "verified," but I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I did making them.
