Starting off in a jock strap, I then put on a crash skater helmet and take a seat on an exercise ball. Switching to my first pair of Speedos, I then start to have some fun with a jar of jam. I have to say, it felt and sounded awesome!

After smearing it over my chest, I then move on to the second pair of Speedos; where the whole process is repeated again. Not done there, I repeat it a third, then fourth, then... you get the idea! Pouring jam down the back of the Speedos, I then rub it around, before giving myself a little wedgie. I then finish things off in the shower.
