I have propped my phone up with some stones so I can film myself. I get in the water wearing a long sleeve compression top, leggings, cycling shoes and socks, fingerless cycling gloves and, of course, the obligatory helmet. It's a hot day, so I enjoy dipping myself in and out of the water. Of course, I can't resist dunking completely under at one point.
