Labouring my way through thick, heavy clay mud... head first! Unbelievably hard work but really exciting to do. The weight and suction of the clay goo means I need all my strength to lift my head up to take air. Legs and feet slipping and sliding as they struggle to push me forwards into the heavenly goo. For my next visit I'm planning to film a head-dunkathon into this squalid, luxuriant gloop.
