Although I heavily agree that keeping the original thread open to discussion rather than locking it right away was a bad idea (the shit really seeped out of the woodwork with that one), I think it should stay up (locked of course) so that we as a community can learn from what happened and hope to not repeat the same mistakes again. People have already screenshotted it, and letting it stay and admitting mistakes I believe is more powerful than nuking it like it never happened.
