Not really, the shower is quite high pressure which helps a lot but it's not hard to get off, I soak my hair for a bit with the shower and scrunch it to get most of the paint out, couple of shampoos and and conditioner and your sorted. House paint stains less than poster paint amazingly, I just use cheap normal house paint

Just normal emulsion house paint, I usually use Wicks or Johnsons at its cheaper
