In this video, Koochie Kachow and I are in our cute skimpy bikinis and we each take turns with a squeaky-clean approach to fitness with a quick with 20 second of kicking on the couch; to really get our hearts pumping. Afterward, we get a little curious and use a stethoscope and press our ears against the other's chest to listen to the others strong, healthy, pumping young hearts. It's a fun, little experiment to see how our bodies respond to this light exercise. Join us for a heart-warming (literally!) and lighthearted adventure!
