Proportion of 2 cups of powdered sugar to 1 tablespoon of meringue powder.
Then you slowly add warm water (literally 1 tablespoon at a time) until you get the desired consistency. You can add a touch of vanilla flavoring if that's your thing also.
You mix as big a batch of it as you want, using that ratio of sugar to meringue powder. I used an electric mixer, cos whisking that would be a pain, but it's possible. It comes out very sweet and very sticky. Enjoy!
