First and foremost: Please don't just send me a friend request. I have nothing hidden on my page that you'd need to be my friend to see (if this site even does that?). Before you send me a friend request, chat with me or send me a message. If I've never accepted or denied your friend request, it's because you've never talked to me. Friends are people you talk to and interact with, not a collection.

Ever since I was little, I've loved swimming and playing in water, but I've always hated wearing swimsuits. Little kid me loved wearing dresses, the fancier, the better, because I was going to be a princess one day and princesses wear fancy dresses. If Cinderella and Belle never had to wear swimsuits, why should I? (Never mind that they never went swimming in their movies... I never saw them in swimsuits, so that meant that their parents never made them wear them!!) Now that I'm an adult with an adult life and responsibilities, my chances at meeting my Prince Charming at a royal ball are looking slimmer and slimmer, but I treasure any opportunity to dress up (and I still hate wearing swimsuits!). Being a perpetually single and painfully shy introvert, working in a factory, and spending my weekends playing d&d online from the comfort of my own home, I'm at risk of never even being invited to a royal ball. My closet weeps, but I'll struggle on.

I love traveling, camping, and hiking, which gives me an odd excuse to wear my fancy dresses for "photoshoots" with my photography-loving housemate in the safety of nature. She gets to tag along on my travels, gets unique pictures for her portfolio, and gets "voluntold" to help me carry my wardrobe out to our photoshoot destinations (or just scenic spots along the way). When its too cold to camp or hike in a sleeveless dress, we'll use hotel pools or hottubs and pretend we just came back from some fancy event. Otherwise, it's just me in the shower/bath combo in our apartment (she's only in it for the photography and sometimes the swimming though, so she does her thing while I dance and sing badly off-key in the shower at home, dressed like I'm 15 years too late for my prom).

All that said, it's probably not too unbelievable when I say that when it comes to WAM content, my favorites almost all involve lovely ladies wearing beautiful gowns. Sadly, there's very little content involving full-skirted ballgowns aside from post-wedding videos made by non-wam photographers, and more often than not, the actual WAM parts are treated as an afterthought and quite often only make up a few seconds at the end of the video or a picture or two in the album.

So... I'll take what I can get from actual WAM producers. I realize that my particular interests focus more on the clothes, the shoes, the makeup and jewelry, the lovely, long hair, and the models' enjoyment rather than the sexual gratification that drives this fetish, so I'm in the minority here. I love watching well-dressed women getting wet or messy voluntarily and enjoying it (nothing ruins the mood faster than some jerk ruining her clothes or hair or whatever for his/her own entertainment when she's clearly not willing or enjoying it). I also kinda lose interest once the clothes come off or the sex toys come out. For me, the sexual aspect of WAM is only present when I have a partner actively participating... which, sadly, is quite rare. Watching others have sex or pleasure themselves just doesn't interest me much.

Also, you should probably know I'm mostly just here to lurk. Maybe I'll comment, post, or chat sometimes, but mostly just lurk.

While I love wam, I very much prefer the models' faces remain visible because like I mentioned above, I want to see them enjoying it. I want to see their smiles. I want to see that mischievous spark in their eyes. I lose interest when I can't see their faces. I'm also not interested in disgusting substances or humiliation.

As far as what I actually do... pretty much just exclusively water (and sometimes soap if I'm at home in the shower/bath). I've tried messy, but it just wasn't for me. Plus, I don't like the cleanup or ruining clothes, because that means I can never wear them again. And while I absolutely love getting all dolled up, most of the time I'm just showering/swimming in my normal clothes. It's a great way to wind down after a stressful day at work, or as sort of a celebratory act, a reward for myself for making it through another social interaction without freaking out from anxiety... or to calm myself down after an anxiety attack. I just find water to be really relaxing, like its my happy place.
