I've been part of the internet wam community since around 1997 time (often forgetting my log-ins here!). Part of me misses the olden days where wam was about just finding something to ruin yourself with, but the other part of me loves the more professional wam. Places like gungegirls.com are works of art.
I am currently writing a messy online game - www.gungewars.com - where you manage a squad of gunge warriors in gunge wars against other gunge squads. It's messy silly fun, it might be a success, it might be an 'epic fail' but i'm having fun discovering. So far, so good... i think?!?!?!
