Not very serious rugby player who likes to mess up and totally destroy sportswear.

Socks : One use and trash. That's all socks. New pair every time, then out they go. Would never think of washing them!

Undershorts : Rip after one game. They're stretched and dirty, so destroy them!

Other kit : Destroy as often as possible. After a muddy game the shorts are ripped open and binned. I won't take a muddy or sweaty T shirt over my head, I just rip it off. After gym training, T shirt, shorts, socks are ripped up and thrown away.

Muddy trainers (sneakers) are binned not cleaned!

Also like tyvek suits etc. Wear one over normal sportwear, fill it with something messy, then toss the lot.
