Firm up those wobbly bits and give your legs and back that toned, athletic look with some custardy squats.Nikki really goes into amazing detail showing you all the muscles you should be squeezing.One set facing forward, one facing back another custardy cool down; and repeat!
Abs--
Get down on the floor with Nikki to tone up those abs as she introduces you to the pie-face sit-up
Biceps Tone those arms and biceps the best way a splosher can with some rice pudding tin weights!
Ooooooops! They make a mess if they're open!
Abs, quads and flexible hips--
Back on the floor to tone up those abs as Nikki demonstrates a stretch and head dunk straight into a bucket of gunge!
How deep can you go?
Triceps--
Heavy baked bean cans are on hand to help Nikki and you tone up your triceps although if they are open they get lighter with each rep!
Upper body--
Focus right in on Nikki's upper body as she stretches out with more souper sized weights.
Cooldown -
After all that your heart is bound to be racing and of course, Nikki is going to show you how to cool down and shake out those well-worked muscles.
