I have an idea for a money or messy game... The challenger puts up 5 or 10 pounds, and plays me in a simple best of five challenge (Highest card, Rock Paper Scissors etc). If the challenger wins 3, they get to pour a pint of something into the pitcher and play again, but if they lose they forfeit their money and must either bet again, or let the next challenger lay their bet. Out of every 5, 1 goes into the jackpot...

The key is, whoever fills the pitcher gets not only 5 times their money back, but the jackpot and they get to dump the entire contents on my head... if they're willing to swap places and take the pitcher themselves they get double their money.
