I've uploaded my original musical composition entitled "It's My Birthday". I think that it will appear as a "video" tomorrow, although I am not certain. This piece happens to be a musical puzzle. If you solve the puzzle correctly, the answer is my date of birth, which is the reason for the title. Please don't expect the music to sound like a birthday party or anything like that. It doesn't, and wasn't meant to. If you want to know how to solve the puzzle, send me a message and I will message you back with the solution. I do so, however, with the expectation that you keep the solution to yourself. To solve the puzzle, you will need a good musical ear, a willingness to count, and basic math skills.
I hereby promise to exchange messages or chat with anyone in the UMD community who wishes to exchange communication unless I have informed that member that I no longer wish communication. Otherwise, the only reason that I haven't responded is that I haven't yet read the message.
I think that it is now important to state that my anger in my most recent addition to my wall has nothing to do with my most recent post but rather refers to a blog I read.
I read something tonight that has made me truly, truly, angry. Please be assured that I am not angry with UMD or its community. Nevertheless, I feel compelled by this anger to add the following to my wall: WE ARE PEOPLE FIRST AND WAMMERS SECOND!
I just created a folder in my photos section entitled "Music I Have Composed". However, this folder will probably be empty I figure out how to upload the music. The uploading software doesn't recognize .wav files.
There are a number of excellent G- or PG-rated stories in the Story archive. Have any of the producers out there given thought to producing a movie of one of these stories and selling them to Noovie as a short to generate additional income? I personally think that Marlowe's "The Reporter" would make an excellent short.
