In this video, we take a simple, Vincent LaCroix and I are in our shiny spandex amoresy suits and we each take turns with a squeaky-clean approach to fitness with a quick 30 second shadow boxing workout; to really get our hearts pumping. Afterward, we get a little curious and use a stethoscope; to listen to the others strong, healthy, pumping hearts. It's a fun, little experiment to see how our bodies respond to this light exercise.
