I added ALOT rice flour that had expired but also believe the pancake mix was gluten free so doesn't get AS bad with the balls of flour (did have huge balls of rice flour) but we added whole bottle of older cooking oil and tried to mix. It was years and years ago but wasn't too bad all things considered. But if real flour use lots of cooking oil and mix well
