That's from a MostWam video. The woman about to be pied is a model named Sky and I'm almost sure that's Lisa Moomin holding the pie, although of course you can't see her face. Sorry, I don't know the name of the specific scene, but I know it's one of their Christmas videos with at least four or five models in it.
