Heyya! Lifelong fan of messy gameshows here, and I eventually tried my hand at writing some WAM fiction on the now-defunct WAM Story Archive. It went over well enough that I'm working on a "cozy mystery" novel with strong WAM elements. Plans are to publish it as a very inexpensive eBook, just to judge the reception. Genuine thanks to those I've chatted with here who offered feedback on the idea!
After writing for a while, it seemed like my fictional characters were having a lot of fun with WAM, so ~~purely in the interest of more authentic writing, mind you~~ I tried the wetlook deal myself, which resulted in the extremely amateurish video seen below. Enjoy!
Lately I've also been helping with UMD's Piracy Tip program as a Copyright Assistant. It's something I feel very strongly about because I've seen other writers (outside the WAM community) have their hard work stolen for someone else's profit. If you have a UMD store or affiliated site and could use help tracking down possible stolen content, lemme know.
...And if you're in the western PA area and might be interested in collaborating for a (almost certainly non-monetized) slapstick YouTube show or Podcast involving geek culture and pranks, challenges and stunts, by all means hit me up because I'd be all over that.
If you're hanging out here reading this, your time would be much better spent reading "Megan and the Megaslop Machine" by MessyMaestro. It's an incredible story about a reluctant contestant on a messy gameshow, and no spoilers but my fiction character Todd thought *he* had it bad in the same scenario.

...That awkward feeling when you realize you've left your fictional character in a standoff against a bad guy for close to 8 years. Better late than never, I'm going to finish my "Rose of Deceit" spin-off. Rufus is seriously overdue to become an (anti-)hero.
